Honduras is a country in Central America, and shares borders with Guatemala, El Salvador, and Nicaragua. To the north, Honduras is bordered by the Caribbean Sea, and to the south, it is bordered by the Gulf of Fonseca, which is part of the Pacific Ocean. The capital city of the country is Tegucigalpa. Honduras has a tropical climate with temperatures ranging from 15 to 32 degrees Celsius. Rainfall occurs year-round, but mainly during the rainy season from May to November.
