Vaccinations Armenia

Planning a trip to Armenia soon? Preparing well can help make your holiday enjoyable and safe. It is important to note that visiting Armenia carries certain health risks, so vaccinations are recommended and may even be mandatory. The vaccinations you will need depend on factors such as the regions you will be visiting and the length of your stay. Simply make an appointment with us to get personalised travel advice.

Armenia, officially known as the Republic of Armenia, is a mountainous country in the Southern Caucasus. Geographically, it is part of Asia, but culturally and historically, it considers itself part of Europe and refers to itself as a European country (just like Georgia). Armenia has a continental climate with warm summers and cold winters. In the far south of the country, it is subtropical and has pleasant temperatures, even during the winter. In the rest of the country, winter temperatures can drop to minus 30 degrees, especially in the mountains.
