How to open a message sent via ZIVVER
Have you received an email from KLM Health Services via ZIVVER? You can open this message by clicking the blue button that says ‘Click for message’. You will then be automatically redirected to the secure ZIVVER environment. Here, you will need to enter an access code or SMS code (see below).
Opening a message with an SMS code
You have received a message via ZIVVER that is secured with an SMS code. The person sending you the message wants to ensure that only you can read it. Click on ‘Click for message’ and then select ‘Send SMS’. Enter the code that you receive on your phone. You can now read the message. You can read how to open a message using an SMS code here.
Would you like to reply to an email message sent via ZIVVER?
You can read the message sent via ZIVVER on a secure webpage. If you wish to respond to the message, you can do so on this page. Click the “Reply” button. You can then type your response directly into the reply field. If necessary, you can also attach a file using the paperclip button. Send your reply by clicking the send button. When the recipient responds, you will receive a notification via email.
