This workshop is customised for every organisation, which each has its own unique wishes and specific needs. There’s an intake session in advance and participants are given a preparatory assign-ment, such as maintaining a sleep diary. If you’re a manager, you’ll receive a short questionnaire about your role in ensuring a good night’s sleep.

The workshops consists of fun, activating assignments that provide information and insight into irregular working hours and their impact on sleep patterns and biorhythms. You’ll also gain insight into factors that affect sleep. You’ll be encouraged to take personal responsibility in applying things you’ve learned. You can get started the very next day! We’ll give you the practical tools to get going.
